By accessing tryillusio.com or purchasing, redeeming, or executing any software licenses provided by Illusio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License & Usage
Illusio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and execute our Lua software scripts strictly for personal entertainment. Each license key is locked to a single Hardware ID (HWID) and Discord account upon activation.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not share, resell, rent, dump, deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, intercept network traffic, or attempt to bypass the Illusio authentication or VFS protection system. Any violation detected by our security telemetry will result in immediate and permanent license revocation (blacklist) without prior notice.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
All software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Illusio is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Uplift Games. We are not responsible for any in-game account suspensions, moderations, or virtual asset losses resulting from the use of third-party execution environments.
Privacy Policy
Illusio respects your privacy and collects only the minimum technical data required to authenticate your license and protect our software infrastructure against unauthorized redistribution.
1. Data We Collect
- Account & Order Data: Email address (for license delivery), Discord User ID (when linked via our bot), and payment transaction identifiers.
- Security & Execution Telemetry: Cryptographic Hardware ID (HWID) hash, IP address during script initialization, and executor environment identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used exclusively to verify active subscriptions, process HWID resets, prevent credential sharing, and mitigate automated abuse. We never sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.
Refund Policy
Because Illusio provides instant access to digital license keys and downloadable software assets, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been delivered or redeemed.
1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Incompatibility with unsupported or outdated third-party Lua executors.
- Temporary downtime caused by game updates or scheduled maintenance.
- License termination resulting from a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., key sharing or cracking attempts).
2. Chargebacks & Disputes
Opening an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback will result in an automatic, irreversible blacklist of your license key, HWID, and associated Discord account across all Illusio services.
